The Snowman
The Snowman is a children's book by Raymond briggs an English Author. It was first published in 1978 and later made into a film.
The film added to the storyline and had the little boy and the snowman flying off to see Father Christmas which they did not do in the original book.
Royal Doulton began producing The Snowman figurines in 1985. The first was 'James' then came 'The Snowman', 'Stylish Snowman' and 'Thank You Snowman'
